The fourth episode of Diaries Downunder, “Heli’d Beyond the Backyard” follows the crew to one of Queenstown’s most famous landmarks, The Remarkables – part of New Zealand’s southern alps. THey visit a zone accessible only by helicopter and the team quickly realizes why these mountains have been nearly unridden in the past with their rugged terrain and insanely steep slopes. As the southern hemisphere season winds down, here’s to the beginnings of winter up north.
