There are a lot of videos flying around the internet from parents claiming their “amazing six-year-old snowboarder can shred harder than you” and an edit full of ride-on boxes and one-foot-high airs. For people heavily invovled in the sport, it’s often a false claim. But Justin Phipps, he’s an 11-year-old up and coming snowboarder who really can rip. His full part features a good mix of terrain, from urban to pow and park riding. If Phipps is throwing double backies at 11, it’ll be interesting to see how good he is when he’s old enough to start driving.
