Sequim, WA is where our friends over at Lib Technologies design and manufacture skate and snowboards. The area also produces some pretty gnarly riders, such as Lib-Tech sponsored snowboarder Ryan Tucker. Ryan is clearly a guy who likes big air, spins, and hucking flips. That double-flip into pow at 0:57 is huge.
