In April of 2014, we spent four days camping and riding on Oregon’s South Sister with Josh Dirksen, Forrest Shearer, Adam Haynes and friends. Using fat bikes to access the ascent, spring time conditions made for unique boarding atop the mountain they call Charity, and gave us plenty of time to complete Dirksen’s profile and cover shot in the current issue, #12.3.
