With a 60-inch base atop Pan Dome and 36 inches at the lodge, Mt Baker Ski Area is set to open this Thursday, November 19. More storms are on the way and it should make for an epic opening day. However, we remind you that early season conditions do exist, so please ride with caution–there’s no need to overdo it on day one. Additionally, the mountain is encouraging pass holders to pick up their seasons pass at the Bellingham business office prior to Thursday, as you don’t want to be stuck in the pass line when the lifts are spinning. Here’s to winter 2015/16 — we’ll see you all at Chair 1!
