Broken Circuit is a full movie that showcases the passion and skills of Jesse Augustinus, Jessi Blackwell, Kevin Kok, Marco Donzelli, Max Vieder, Nicholas Bridgman, Nicolo’ Pezzato, Simon Gruber, Oivind Fyske in a 20 minute visual array that would make the early Soviet pioneers of montage very, very proud.

As with anything that matures, snowboarding has felt its own set of growing pains throughout the years. With a constantly evolving contest scene that could potentially be squandering more of snowboarding’s creativity than it’s encouraging, and a sub-economy that is influenced mostly by consumers that are entirely detached from the core audience, it’s no surprise that snowboarding’s future is teeter-tottering in the wake of the challenges before it. There are those however that are seeking to nurse snowboarding back into it’s glory days. The days when passion, love, and style prevailed over money, contests, and tricks whose names take longer to pronounce than the tricks themselves take to be done.
