Show a boy a trick and he’s stoked for a day. Teach a boy to ride, and he could be hooked for a lifetime. Last month members of the 686 pro team, including Riley Nickerson, Forest Bailey, Pat McCarthy and more, got together in California to bring a small group of youngsters through a day of riding at Bear Mountain. The mentoring program provides an opportunity to shred for kids who may not have one otherwise. Judging by the smiles on everyone’s faces, the experience was as joyous as it was rewarding for all involved.
