Crusty Snow And Sleek Rails: Justin Norman’s “Portland Rose Garden Assault”

Portland, OR doesn’t often receive much snowfall, and the security at the Portland Rose Garden is tighter than a stubborn lid on an old pickle jar. This means that if a snowboarder is trying to slide the sleek, beckoning handrails laid throughout throughout the park, they have got to act quickly upon any window of opportunity that may present itself. Justin Norman knows the drill. The Oregon-native got in, threw down, and got out before security could stop this crusty assault of the rail – I mean rose – garden.
