B4BC Recap: Raising Awareness, Stoke, and over $30K

Boarding 4 Breast Cancer had a very successful 20th Anniversary Music + Snowboard Festival at Sierra at Tahoe by not only raising awareness, but also by raising a very significant $30,000 from raffles, tickets, and vendor village donations. The proceeds will be put towards finding a cure to breast cancer. Excitement, hope and determination filled the air, and Sal Masekela announcing and commentating the event only further amplified the already high levels of stoke amongst these snowboarding activists.

The Big Air Expression Session brought in riders from all over to throw down for a good cause, and in front of some of their favorite big names such as Olympic Gold Medalist Jamie Anderson and Big Mountain Pioneer Jeremy Jones.

On top of the riding there was also outdoor yoga sessions, a photo Art and Photography Exhibition, and musical performances by EFG, Panic is Perfect, and The Family Crest. Iconic action sports commentator Sal Masekela was there announcing and commentating to increase the already high levels of stoke and hype as well.
