The early winter storms that grace Northern Norway come with an abundance of powder, but if you want to ride it, you’ve got to do so without much sunlight. That doesn’t stop Eirik Verlo and his crew from getting on some awesome terrain and sending it into the dark with nothing to light the way but headlamps. Between the nighttime mountaineering, blind flips and low-light pillow bashing, episode one of “Higher Latitude” is one for the books.
