FAST PHIL – From the Streets of Quebec City to Mt Baker Legendary Banked Slalom with Phil Jacques

There aren’t many snowboarders revered the world over for their rail game that can also podium in banked slaloms’ pro divisions. But, Phil Jacques isn’t your average snowboarder. See why in this video presented by our friends over at Coal Headwear.

A word from Coal Headwear about “Fast Phil – From the Streets of Quebec City to Mt Baker Legendary Banked Slalom”:

The Mt Baker Legendary Banked Slalom is not traditionally dominated by rail riders. Professional snowboarder Phil Jacques hails from Quebec and has made his mark in snowboarding hitting big handrails in the snow-covered urban north, with goals of being a more balanced all-around rider, a few seasons back Phil started racing in high profile banked slalom events. In a short time, he’s become one of the only riders in the sport to transition from the top of the rail riding game to the podiums of banked slaloms like the Dirksen Derby and The Mt Baker Legendary Banked Slalom.
