In February 2020 Austen Sweetin, Griffin Siebert, Jesse Grandkoski, Taylor Carlton, Sean Lucey and Jason Robinson flew to Japan with the hopes of summiting Mount Rishiri. With splitboards, splitboard crampons (what are those?) and triple ice axes they went to the top, and it was insane.
