Our friends over at Absinthe Films just released the first installment of Hana Beaman’s “Microdose,” a web series profiling some of the most prolific snowboarders of all time. Nowadays Hana is known for being one of several of the most dominant women in snowboarding, especially when it comes to the backcountry. But Hana’s journey started in the park, rail jams and slopestyle contests, and in the early 2000s a spot on the Grenade Gloves team. In this Microdose we hear from legendary riders like Travis Rice and Danny Kass, as well as Hana’s mom, Evelyn, about some of their fondest memories of the start of Hana’s snowboarding career.
