The De Le Rue brothers, Xavier and Victor, teamed up with DroneCast to shoot some burly freeride lines in Verbier, Switzerland and the results are mesmerizing. Granted, watching Xavier and Victor’s riding from any angle on any film quality is generally pretty captivating, but these shots are worth a watching. With the further enhancement of drones, maybe film crews wouldn’t have to shoot from helicoptors quite as often in order to capture a bird’s eye view of big-mountain riding. Just think about the money it would save, and the accesibility to these angles that it could provide to anyone with a couple hundred dollars to spend, a GoPro and a knack for flying drones.
