The Burton US Open will once again return to Vail Mountain Resort this year from February 29- March 5 as contestants go head to head for the $343,000 prize purse. Burton will have all of their their full lines of 2016 boots, bindings, and snowboards there to demo for free as well as a Burton Girls Ride Day, and an area in Riglet Park where kids 3-6 will be able to session for free on Burton’s full line of kids boots, boards, and bindings.

Spectating is free so everyone can enjoy the insane tricks that are sure to go down at the Open, and if last year was any indication of the level of tricks that we can expect to see than you know this year is going to be jaw-dropping to say the least. There will be plenty of off-hill action as well with major headliners and breakthrough musical talent perfomrning in the Town of Vail throughout the event.
