There ain’t much that’s better than a faceshot, eh? Many snowboarders would agree with this notion, Joe Baun being one of them. Last week Joe took his board, sled and GoPro to Kicking Horse, British Columbia and got down on plenty of pow that both the in-bounds and sidecountry terrain had to offer. He started the day with a few gondola rides and hot laps around the resort, and then set out on his sled to ensure he’d be riding nothing but untouched lines. Things got a little hairy when John started sending it through intimidatingly narrow, rocky chutes, but in the end he prevailed and walked away with some killer POV footage.
