All good things must come to an end, even the seemingly endless 2017 winter at Mt. Bachelor, OR. The land of windlips was firing nonstop throughout the entire season, with powder days running steadily into the month of May. Just before the season wrapped entirely the sun broke through and provided for some all-time slushy park laps. This episode of the “Bachelor Party” web series makes Mt. Bachelor look like one of the most fun places for a snowboarder to spend their spring in North America.

Winter just would not stop at Mt. Bachelor, it was relentless. But with powder days off summit well into the middle of May, we were not complaining–winters like this don’t come often. No one in the crew would turn down another pow day but after nearly seven months of a seemingly endless string of storms, we were all eager for the clouds to part. We finally got a couple weeks of sun and warm temperatures at the tail end of May and the park was firing. This final chapter of Bachelor Party documents the riding from the last leg of the 2017 winter season at Mt. Bachelor.
