Lib Tech’s “Road to Holy Bowly” continues, this time in Idaho. In episode 1 we saw Ryan Carlson surfing in Costa Rica, and in this episode we see the Lib Tech Skate team riding cement waves in Idaho. Between a handful of parks, a pump track and plenty of street spots in between, the cement waves are some that never run dry–except when they’re wet.
