The totalitarian dictatorship of Confedereation rules the world. One night construction worker Rosenberg (Johan Rosén) sees visions of a better world. After the dream, he is contacted by The Pope (Tommi Ollikainen) from an underground revolutionary organisation Resistance. Rosenberg is sent on a mission to end the dictatorship of Confederation.
