It came out of nowhere. I was belly deep in a cold layer of fresh snow, probably the first decent storm of the winter, and about to leave due to other obligations. Then Nicolas Müller called me. We’d never shot together, but he sounded stoked. Swiss photographer Silvano Zeiter had linked us up. Nicolas wanted me to come to Laax, Switzerland to shoot with him and Jake Blauvelt and Terje Haakonsen, along with filmers Nathan Avila and Lukas Blume Rösli, and friend Greg Martin.
